| 1907 Hardman Upright Grand Piano For Sale |

I am selling a 1907 Hardman Upright Grand Piano. I emailed the serial number to the Bluebook of Pianos to certify the manufacturer and model year of the piano. I was sent an email summary about the piano. This piano is 104 years old and in good condition. I am selling the piano because I suffered muscle and nerve damage to both of my hands back in 2001. I no longer play the piano and it currently takes up too much space.
The piano was examined, repaired, and appraised by Ron Engle of Engle Piano Service in January of 2007. He repaired one key and thoroughly examined the piano. He provided a professional estimate for the piano at $200.00. I am selling the piano for $50.00. I will consider waiving the $50, if you use it to hire professional movers. The piano is solid wood, very heavy, and took 4 construction workers to move it in here. You will have to provide a way to move the piano and have the piano tuned. Mr. Engle said that anytime a piano is moved it needs tuned, so I did not have him tune it. He did test the piano to make sure it was still tunable. He indicated that it is great as a starter piano. The piano does not have a bench.
I had an online ballpark appraisal done by Concert Pitch Piano Services. This was done a couple of months before Mr. Engle examined the piano. Though the appraisal provided is not a professional appraisal, the email did provide some history about the manufacturer.
The piano is not currently tuned but I have provided a sound clip of all 88 keys being played, from the lowest to the highest key.
If you have any questions about the piano or would like to schedule a time to view the piano, please email me at me@tomhagens.com.
