Bathroom Remodel     Go to: Phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3 Phase 4 Phase 5 Phase 6 Completed Additions       Completed Bathroom (January 11, 2007)   Here are pictures of the entire bathroom with other items I bought for finishing touches.          The ceiling fan medallion was purchased at Lowe's.  The replacement grill for the fan was purchased at Home Depot.  The old grill was yellow.                               The vanity was purchased at Lowe's.               The faucet was purchased at Lowe's.                    The waste basket was purchased online from The Basket Lady.  It contains a metal liner that is covered with a plastic bag in this picture.                                                               The baseboard heating register was purchased at Atlanta Supply.       The toilet paper holder was purchased at Lowe's.                            The towel ring was purchased at Lowe's and the toilet tank basket was purchased at The Basket Lady.                                                               The lights and mirror are the only items kept from the old bathroom.                                                                            The shower radio was purchased online from Amazon.  It is a Sony ICF-S79V Weather Band Shower Radio.                                    The hamper was purchased online from Home Decorators.  The hamper contains two baskets to separate whites from the other laundry.       The shower mat was purchased at Bed, Bath & Beyond.  The mat color is flax.                       The towel rack was purchased at Lowe's.                       The door knob and new light switch/outlet cover was purchased at Lowe's.       The door stop was purchased at Lowe's.            The last item added to the bathroom was replacing the 60 watt incandescent light bulbs with General Electric Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs.  The new bulbs put out the same amount of light using only 13 watts of power. General Electric has a lot of information on one page of their web site on how to replace various types of light bulbs.  I replaced 36 bulbs throughout the house and have saved an average of $30 a month on the electric bill.
